Reflection of the Greatest Gift of All, Jesus Christ!
Isaiah 9:6-7 NIV 6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, b Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. 7Of the increase of his government and peace, there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever.
The Prophet, the Angel, the Holy Father, the Virgin, the Earthly Father, Bethlehem, the Inn, the Manger, the Star, the Wise Men, the Baby. As we come to this
time of year and we see the decorations of trees, lights, presents, wreaths, we are taken back to remember a moment in time which all calendars today were changed by, the birth of the Messiah the Christ.
Reflection can be a great memory or at times your greatest nightmare; it can bring joy or regret, peace or chaos. For those who are in Christ, it should be a place of comfort and joy. God sent His only begotten Son that the earth would have a way for the debt of our sin to be removed by the gift of Jesus life.
No matter the emotions Christmas may stir within your soul, it should be always a reminder of the greatest moment of time, the birth of the Savior, Jesus Christ.
This should give you cause to remember the love God showed for you and me to make a way for a world to have the greatest give of all, forgiveness!
Through forgiveness we also receive comfort and peace in the midst of uncertainty, rage, and unrest; we can trust through the greatest give of all,
Jesus Christ, there is coming a better day.
If you are in Christ Jesus it is not just one day of celebration each year. But throughout all eternity Jesus Spirit will bring joy and peace to everyday living!
Remembering this and knowing we have a future and hope in the One and only true Messiah, Jesus Christ. We pause to celebrate the birth of Christ,
but let us not forget to begin to look forward to the life we because of Him? Let the celebration be a daily event of His joy and forgiveness here on this earth.
Until the great Day of His return, for all who have believed!
It’s a time in all around the world in which we celebrate together the one true reason for the season, Jesus Christ Birth. He was conceived by a Holy anointing, rejected by man and died on the Cross that all who would believe would have eternal life. As you celebrate this precious day Jesus Birth, remember the history,
remember the love, then look forward to the soon coming day of His return with hope and expectation; that soon and very soon we will see the King of Glory, Jesus Christ, face to face. Until then, keep loving, keep sharing and keep expanding the Kingdom of God!
